NPI's quality control standards operate at every step in the manufacturing process, from receiving to shipping. Our QC department is involved from the minute raw materials arrive at our facility.
- All raw materials are tested in our in-house labs to ensure that only materials that meet our high quality standards are used in your products.
- Once shop order is released for production, QC creates, reviews, and releases batch record to production.
- During production of bulk, samples are taken at beginning, middle, and end for testing.
- The finished product is inspected before being released for packaging or shipping.
- Testing of finished product is done and results are documented in the Certificate of Analysis.
- Regular QC inspection occurs during packaging.
- Final inspection of packaged product is done before being released for shipping. NPI provides a Certificate of Analysis with each shipment.
- If any customer complaint comes in, thorough investigation of retained samples and production batch records is conducted and documented by QC.
