At NPI, our Customer Service department is part of a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Formulation, Marketing, Project Management, QA/QC and Regulatory/Compliance. As a result, communication with our clients is accurate and knowledgeable at each stage of the process.
A Dedicated Service Representative works with each brand or product and possesses the expertise to manage each product from initial account set-up through development, manufacturing, documentation, packaging and shipping.
The DSR facilitates all communication between the client and the NPI team, which further reduces errors and streamlines the manufacturing process. Because we treat our clients as partners, our DSRs are as much a part of our client's team as they are ours.
